[BRLTTY] Using touch with brltty

Hi Dave,

I tried using it but couldn't get it to work. I tried following command
with TOUCH_NAV on and off

BRL_CMD_BLK(TOUCH_AT) | cellindex.


Nothing happens. Any suggestion?
