The service unit isn't used directly. It's either needed by udev or by a brltty 
target unit. The (basic) brltty.target unit runs brltty with brltty.conf, and 
the brltty at which.target instance units run brltty with brltty_which.conf. This 
is all to support lots of brltty s running at the same time.
