I know that ESW does slide the window before the cursor reaches the edge, so we 
need more details. Can you give us something that we can do to try to reproduce 
your problem? Also, did you save your setting changes in order to prevent them 
from reverting to their original values? Could you please post a copy of your 
brltty.prefs file?
