[BRLTTY] Problem with the character 'en dash' (U+2013) in output

The most likely reason is that your screen font defines en-dasgh as an alias 
for dash. Do you have a need for it to be different? I'm asking because I've 
been thinking of making the same alias assignment within brltty's text tables.
