[BRLTTY] Detecting end/begin of buffer when moving braille window by FWINRT/FWINLT

No, I'm using Qt's QLineEdit widget, and it is fully accessible. Everything
works fine except what I've mentioned. For example when I move to write by
FWINRT, somewhere the buffer ends. I need to detect this event and go to
next line in my text editor.
