[BRLTTY] Handy Tech BasicBraille Cable, what type

If memory serves, some HandyTech displays have a proprietary connector.
However, I'm also wondering whether it might be USB Type C, for which cables
are readily available. (It's the new USB connector standard which is slowly
gaining support from device manufacturers.)
