I am not sure whether there is any real benefit, but having the possibility
to override the hardcoded settings could be handy. Especially if the
implementation is easy.

It seems the 'brltty -evl7' already shows the includes and the current code
already includes them into initramfs. Is there anything we missed?

It's in Fedora 28 updates-testing repository. If you have an older Fedora,
e.g. 27, I can built it for you.

But it seems to be unmaintained for a while. I will ping documentation
team what's their plan about it
