[BRLTTY] Serial braille devices on Android.

Is there any demand for brltty on Android to support serial communication with 
braille devices? This would, I assume, be for use with older braille devices. 
It would require a USB to serial adapter in conjunction with an OTG cable. If 
there's a need then I'll work on it.
