[BRLTTY] Problem in the documentation for Handytech Activebraille 40

Hi,

Trying this braille display, I saw mistakes in the key bindings
documentation. Could an expert of this display fix it online at least?

For example:
- enter/leave preferences: here it is b6+b7, the doc mentions b1+b8. The
same for attributes mode: I have it with b5, doc mentions another binding.

Thanks for your feedback, it would be nice if I could avoiid exploring
manually all bindings. If I do it, I will try proposing a patch for the
doc, but I am sure an expert will be more efficient.
