[BRLTTY] HandyTech Actilino: how to go up one line?

Hello all,

I'm trying to help a blind user who have a HandyTech Actilino device but 
I'm unable to make it to go up one line for example on BRLTTY 5.5 on 
Debian 9 "Stretch".

I've follow this documentation:

FYI, I'm not sure to advise him the right thing, I'm not well familiar 
with BRLTTY keys on the TTY.

Is there any user that have tested this device? Are you able to go 
up/down one line?

How could we help to make it working? Is there any change between 5.5 
and 5.6 regarding the Actilino support?
