Last time I tried an Actilino was in fall 2016 when I implemented
support for it. Back then, all the keys (and combinations thereof) were
working. Are you only having problems with this particular
command, or do the display keys not work at all? What firmware version
is on the Actilino? And which connection type is being used (USB or
Bluetooth)?

Which of the two possible bindings are you trying?
Or did you try both? "Rocker" refers to the so-called
triple-action keys to the left and right of the display. Pressing the
upper half of the right triple-action key should move one
line up (provided the braille window is not already at the top!)

Alternatively, it should be possible to use the braille keys to do the
same. If the driver is not in input mode (i.e, pressing braille dots
does not insert text), going up can be achieved by pressing dot 1 alone.
This key is labeled B4 for historical reasons. HandyTech used to label
the braille keyboard keys from left to right, B1 through B8, ignoring
the fact that actual braille dots would be labeled differently.
This leads to some confusion at times.

There were no changes to the driver regarding acilino support in the
5.5->5.6 cycle as far as I can see.
