As always, a good need results in the creatino of a useful feature - in this 
case, a new command named brltty-lsinc. It takes one or more files as argumens, 
and dislays all the included files (including the top-level files) on standard 
output. It handles all the nesting, condition, and variable directives, and 
silently ignores all the rest.
