[BRLTTY] Reading 132 Column Screens with 80 Column Braille

On Debian 9.4 with brltty and the tsi/PowerBraille80 driver, one
only reads 80 columns because that's the limit of this braille
reader. As a result, without some adjustment, one reads the
middle 80 columns of the linux tty screen, and characters before 
and after that are dropped. We ran the command 
stty cols 80
which helped, but still have letters missing at the left of 
the screen. We also are missing letters from titles that have
been tabbed a distance to the right. Is there some other setting
we can use to align the PowerBraille80's columns with those 
on the Linux tty screen? Or is this an ISP Unix shell/Lynx issue?
