Yes, the Braillino is supported. You need to use brltty's HandyTech driver.

Do you mean that braille is displayed but that the keys don't work, or is
braille not being displayed?

All of the HandyTech models are supported by the HandyTech driver. Tehre aren't
individual drivers for each of their models.
