[BRLTTY] Compiling brltty for mac.

The only way brltty will work on the mac is with a patched version of
screen.  I have not tried it under Catalina, so I don't know whether
it still works at all.  The patch is a source patch to screen and you
run screen and then you can runbrltty.  Sorry, I don't have links to
this anymore.
