[BRLTTY] Android: Chords for global actions.

Hi:

In addition to using keyboard function key emulations, global actions can now
be performed via chords (for braille devices that have a braille keyboard).
These chords all include dots 7 and 8. For example, Space + Dots78 + Dots125
(h) goes to the Home screen. Here's the latest global actions table:

   FN-Key Chord78+ Action
   F1     125      go to the Home screen
   F2     12       tap the Back button
   F3     1345     go to the Notifications screen
   F4     1235     tap the Recent Apps (Overview) button
   F5     123456   go to BRLTTY's Actions screen
   F6     234      go to the Quick Settings screen
   F7     2        move to the previous item
   F8     5        move to the next item
   F9     1234     go to the Power Off screen
   F10    134      tap the Menu button
   F11    36       return to the active window
   F12    3        switch to the previous window
   F13    6        switch to the next window
