[BRLTTY] Android: Status summary.

One more global action - F15, or Space + Dots78 + Dots 234 (s) - has been
added. It briefly shows a status summary. So far, it includes the current time
(hour and minute), and the battery percentage. If there are any other values
that you'd like then let me know.

In case you're correctly remembering that s used to mean Settings, that's now
become q (for Quick Settings) which is more accurate anyway.
