[BRLTTY] Are changes needed for systemd 247.1?

Did you also do make reload (which does the commands I gave earlier) in both,
or did you reboot (in which case you don't need to do those)?

About how much later?

Could you attach your udev rules to a reply?

this might be a udev rules problem, unless systemd is doing something new and
I'm using an older release of it than you are. I'm using 248.
