[BRLTTY] Are changes needed for systemd 247.1?

What do you have in mind? If the problem is within systemd then the brltty
release wouldn't matter. I don't mind downgrading something to make it (half
way) work, but am not sure what that'd be.

Returning to 6.1's broken stop (done by moving the tag+=systemd line to before
the systemd remove label) didn't seem to help. Another interesting test might
be to stay with the new systemd but to restore 6.1's systemd and udev files.

Feel free to copy me in somehow so that I can help. If there's a lsit I need to
subscribe to, let me know which one it is.

Thanks.

When talking with the systemd people, I think it's important that they know how
adding that debug option made it work.

I tried creating an intermediate brltty at .device unit, and having udev interact
with that, but got an error saying that that was an invalid ting to try. :-(

Which makes sense.

Here it's similarly odd, but says active dead. Maybe dead keeps the dependency
but inactive doesn't. Well, I'm sure inactive doesn't. Dead, however, probably
means keep it around for analysis.
