Your braille device is simply not responding. Perhaps the timeout is too low
so
we could try increasing it. First, though, could you please verify that it's
configured to be using USB rather than Bluetooth? Or, maybe, you have it set
to
auto and something (like a mobile phone) is already claiming it via
Bluetooth.

All that happened is that it fell down and was disconnected and the cable
lost its tits on the Micro usb end and I had to find another cable to
reconnect it, I wonder if there is a problem with that cable -- it certainly
charges the unit, maybe its not passing data??  Never heard of this, but I
will try another cable if I have any.
