[BRLTTY] Newbie curious about Inceptor braille display driver.

Hiya there again:
As for the capitals, I don't see any need to change what appears to be
working, at least not for me. Though it sounds like other people have
some ideas on it. I just read the web page for NINJAM and all the
capital letters did seem to be in their correct place.
A single dot6 for a capitalized letter, and two dot6's if an entire
word is capitalized. That's what I have now and the capitals do not
blink.
I can confirm, the capital s issue we talked about earlier has indeed
been fixed and so far I have nothing I can find that isn't working as
it should.
