[BRLTTY] Testing brltty in a VM

Hello,
I'm trying to get brltty onto Fedora netinst media. The adding itself is
easy, but now I'm looking for a way to test that brltty actually does
something. Do you have any suggestions?

I don't have any prior experience with brltty, so my assumptions might be
very off. But I think the "mock device" should ideally be one that is
automagically discovered and used, similarly to what would happen in a real
scenario. I see qemu has usb-serial and usb-braille, but I'm not sure how
that relates to KVM which I default to.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
