[BRLTTY] Help to create a new braille device

Hii, yes it is based on Arduino and Bluetooth classic 2.0. and the display
is based on mini vibrators where the user can feel the point vibration of
each dots on the braille display. This is more affordable than expensive
piezoelectro mechanical display.
I was looking for the best accessibility feature for Android to connect
with. BRLTTY seems to be the best with good support for developers.
After having a glance at the code, I couldn't figure out what is the
protocol to be followed to communicate with BRLTTY, how to send key inputs
and receive data. Also what drivers to use.
