[BRLTTY] screen lines and columns change to 25 and 80 after upgrade to brltty-6.4

this has been reported downstream in this message:

User later said it is in Linux console  using Braille.

the update is the one  listed on top of:

I don't know if the number of row and columns is the same visually as 
reported
by the Braille display.

If that matters, the kernel is probably 5.13.13 but didn't change recently.

What should I answer? Do you need more information?
