[BRLTTY] Latest humanware/APH devices and brltty on Android

Hi Henk, Dave,

On my Pixel 4a, which also has USB and runs Android 10 there are 
settings for the USB port. I don't have the device here, but from the 
top of my head there is a mode setting that let's you switch between 
host/device mode and some other special modes such as external display 
and MIDI interface. I guess you will have to change the mode to host 
before connecting your braille display?
