[BRLTTY] brltty not launching on Ubuntu with Easy Braille device

It seems to be working in the terminal only when Orca is on. When turning
the Orca screen reader off, typing in the terminal does not have any effect
on the braille display. However, my goal was to have it up and running with
Orca, which is the case.
