[BRLTTY] configure and make results for brltty from git on Mac Monterey

Okay, those and disable-api were used and that works for make. I thought I had done all these but obviously I mixed up somewhere. But here’s the install. It’s trying to install in /opt/local which would make sense and I think you can no longer install in /usr since Apple has tightened up on root and sudo. So here’s what I get; what should I try instead?
