[BRLTTY] Permission errors on Linux with HID devices

Okay, so the actual error being logged is:
> RFCOMM connect error 111: Connection refused
It did log that it's using the Humanware driver, at least, but the display is reporting a connection failure. I ran brltty with '-ldebug,bluetooth' and am attaching the log, in case it's useful. Any idea what might be going on here?
