older not newer.

brltty 6.6 was build with cython 3.0.0 at first and after crash and investigations
rebuilt with cython 0.29.36 wich fixed the crash. fedora now done this too.

so it may be regression in new cython 3.0.0... but I am not sure of that.
someone who knows python and cython better than me should investigate that.
