I will ask a question on behalf of an acquaintance. She's running Ubuntu
22.04.5 LTS with BRLTTY version 6.4, and has a Brailliant BI20X display.
Her problem is that she isn't able to use the braille keyboard for
input, neither in the terminal, nor in GUI. Also, she had to start
BRLTTY manually.
I told her to do `sudo systemctl enable brltty` from the terminal and restart.
Then BRLTTY started automatically, but she is still not able to use the
keyboard.
I asked her to send me output from `brltty --version`, and here's the
content:

Do you have any idea on how she can reach her goal?
Thanks, Lars
