[BRLTTY] can this list take attachments?

Yes, it does, but we ask that it be done with consideration. Even a large attachment will be sent to everyone. This can impact everyone's storage, internet costs, etc. So smaller attachments are always fine but a huge attachment would better be sent, privately, to just its immediately intended recipients.
