[BRLTTY] Speec support on MacOS

Today I had the time to do more testing and I was able to get brltty with 
speech support for espeak-ng working on my M2 Mac. Very cool! I'll post a 
step to step description what I've done later so maybe also others like to 
test and use this kind of setup.

I was not able to get the Mac OS speech support working. I can hear a 
message if brltty is started, so speech support for Mac OS in general seems 
to work, but then speech output stops and I have no idea why. However, 
because I like espeak-ng the most and its fast and snappy, the setup with 
espeak-ng is perfectly fine for me ;-).

The setup seems to work quite stable and I've had only one full crash of 
brltty so far. And of course there are still some little bugs. Sometimes 
braille output is messed up and sometimes I can hear a warning signal, e.g. 
when navigating text in the nano editor that contains empty lines, but in 
general it is the best terminal support with braille and speech I've ever 
had on a Mac. Its really great and a big step forward for a better 
terminal support with braille and speech on a Mac!

Is it OK to report bugs and if yes, where to report them?
