[BRLTTY] btkey: your Linux console as a Bluetooth keyboard for a phone

I already use bluetooth keyboards with my desktop that can pair with up 
to 2 other devices, and I also use the graphical desktop almost 
exclusively, so I personally don't have a use case for this. I can 
however see the advantage, especially for those of us who use wired 
keyboards, wireless non-bluetooth keyboards or laptops. It would be even 
better if something like this could be done with a MATE panel applet or 
similar that would stay fairly hidden until needed, eliminating the need 
to open additional virtual consoles, ttys or whatever. I'm also not 
particularly fond of running something like this as root, and I would 
think this should be able to be avoided by its running user being added 
to the bluetooth group or similar.
