Depends on how your ADSL is exactly done, but I got
myself a ARM based router with Debian Linux on it for this purpose.
Has a 4-port switch built-in, one port for uplink, and
802.11g antennas.  www.peplink.com  Needs only around 3 Watt, but
runs a full-blown 2.4.31 linux system.
