[BRLTTY] distros with brltty

I believe speakup is on the live cd for gentoo. But what I do, so I  
can use braille to install, is use the knoppix cd and then follow the  
instructions for installing gentoo from the knoppix system. Pretty  
much the install that way is standard and since knoppix has brltty  
support I'm able to do the whole install using my brailllelite.
