[BRLTTY] distros with brltty

Cheryl,
i'm in the process of installing gentoo on a spare hard drive on my
existing system.  I have brltty running so can use it to help with the
gentoo install.  
My question is about USE flags.  I want a set of flags which will give me
maximum use of gnome and other accessible packages.  Since you've probably
already been through this, what combination of USE flags did you put in
your /etc/make.conf
