[BRLTTY] more text.?? tables in the BrlTty.deb package

Correction:

the text.fr-cbifs.tbl is provided with the deb package 3.4.1, but it's 
only debconf who doesn't list it.
(This is for the maintainer).

Maybe my friend should enable
 text-table text.fr-cbifs.tbl
in /etc/brltty.conf

then changing the DAEMON line in /etc/init.d/brltty to
 DAEMON=/sbin/brltty -t text.fr-cbifs.tbl

and finally
 killall brltty && /sbin/brltty

Is this ok?
