[BRLTTY] more text.?? tables in the BrlTty.deb package

Well, theres is normally a text.fr-cbifs.tbl and I had prefered that my 
friend (who is a novice) simply could choose inside the debconf; but 
when he's on the proposed text.?? list, there's no other choice than 
text.fr and that's all.
I suggested him to try to compile brltty from sources but it would be 
nice to implement it in the deb package, since it is much easier to 
config/install.
