[BRLTTY] more text.?? tables in the BrlTty.deb package

Aldo,

I use Fedora rather than Debian, but the text tables should work in the 
same way. It's very easy to create your own based on an existing one. 
Thus, use text.fr.tbl as a template, make your changes and save it under 
something like text.aldo.tbl.
