[BRLTTY] more text.?? tables in the BrlTty.deb package

Hi,

BrlTty Debian package version 3.4.1 still doesn't seem to contain more 
than 1  "text.fr"  table selectable during the debconf;

I hope the current maintainer read this list and should implement this 
without having to wait until release 3.6 .deb:
a good friend new to Gnu/Linux and to Debian wasn't able to find what he 
was looking for under the debconf menu.
