[BRLTTY] just FYI, I18N

Hi Dave and all,

First of all it was a great idea to start this discussion list. I hope 
it helps increasing exchanges between user and developer, between needs 
and offer.

FYI:
some members of the French Blinux discussion list CarrefourBLinuX[1] 
or the Dutch one, BLinuXForum[2], may have sometimes problems with 
reading / talking / writing E-mail in English. This may result in 
not reporting things who may be important/useful.

Due to the state of my limited language knowledge I can't promise a 
miracle, but in cases of postings on our FR/NL mailinglists about 
BrlTty, if no answer is given by one of the friends developers/maintainers
currently present on our mlists, I will do my best to translate and 
repost messages here, especially if it sounds like a bug report or a
wishlist.

For fr/nl speaking people who prefer e-mailing in their motherlanguage, 
our CBLX and BLXF lists still discuss brltty as by the past.
