Yes, I tested r2051 and the problems are all fixed now:
1. The executable has no lib deps to anything in /usr anymore.
2. The X11 lib deps were moved to libbrlttybxw.so.
3. Tested the libbrlttyxsa.so which also has correct deps to atspi.

Yeah, thanks for fixing this, we are now /usr independent again, which
is great and desirable.

For safety, I'll give this a bit of thought and testing,
but AFAICS, all my packaging problem have already been resolved.
I'll ping this thread sometime around friday if I didnt find
any other issues in the meantime.
