[BRLTTY] USB2Serial under Linux

Hello Dave,
I missunderstood the brltty.conf, where something like I typed in first 
was recommended for using USB2Serial.
Under Linux I can use brltty with USB directly, however Windows doesn't 
work with USB directly.
The drivers suplied by Alva were of 1999 and written for win98 and USB 
1.1. I contacted Tieman for driver updates, but they didn't answer till now.
So I have to use USB2Serial for practical reasons, always plug and 
unplug USB and serial cables isn't really comfortable.
