[BRLTTY] Slightly OT, corrupt system file under windows

Using Cygwin and brltty (so it's on topic after all :-), I see a 0-length
CONFIG.SYS. Its access flags are:

-rwxrwx---+

So it has an ACL of some sort. Using Windows Explorer I can't see it at all
even though I have hidden files displayed.

This computer is a Dell also.

Presumably you're using Grub, and you (or Dell) installed XP first and then
Linux in a separate partition. Doing so should not have disturbed Windows.

Perhaps when you shrank the Windows partition?
