[BRLTTY] brltty with mbrola speech

For info, long time ago there was the TTS hadifix; it was designed for
German lang.

Regarding Mbrola:
Nicolas Pitre have done a very nice job with its Cicero TTS,

But it works for FR and EN; if it was implemented for DE then you just should
require
1: brltty
2: cicero (not available as deb pkg yet)
3: mbrola (available as deb non free pkg, by adding 
deb http://brlspeak.net/dev/debian stable main non-free
to the /etc/apt/sources.list)
4: and adding the apropriate mbrola-voiceX-deY if some DebDevel create it
(or available as a bin).
