Start msys, then
export PATH=/e/MinGW/bin:/e/msys/1.0/bin

--with-execute-root=/c/brl --disable-speech --disable-api

Yes, you are right. I tried both in brltty.conf, and it worked.

Maybe all my problems have to do with the execute-root directive?
