Hi all,

I just wanted to formally introduce myself and share why I've come to use
and love BrlTTY. I am a student, currently transferring from a community
college to the University of Houston in Texas. I prior to this I attended
a tech school for MCSE, A+ and Network+ training. I am seeking a degree in
either Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with a heavy emphasis on
Security. I decided I knew too much Microsoft crap, so in 2004 wiped my
home office computer and installed Linux. I have been doing contract work,
mostly with Gray Hat Research Corp. as a Security Research Specialist, as
well as with other companies doing development and DBA duties. I recently
received a Brailliant 80 as part of a package of AT given to me by the
state of Texas. My work spans from full-out penetration testing to class
instruction and recently working on creating a custom Linux LiveCD
distribution for the company. BrlTTY makes my life easier as some portions
of my profession require me to audit and produce code rather quickly.
BrlTTY has literally increased my productivity immeasurably. I'd like to
thank the developers and contributors. Also this is probably the nicest
mailing-list I've ever been a part of. Most would just snap at users and
tell them to read the manual. I greatly appreciate each and everyone's
efforts for making the BrlTTY community so great!

Best regards
Mark L. Melonson
