[BRLTTY] Dimensions of braille displays

Hello Sébastien,
the German company Papenmeier has such two dimensional displays.
In the nineties Alva had a vertical display that could be added to their
Delphi series.
In 1996 I worked a short time for a company which developped a prototyp of a
small graphical display called TIM (tactil interaction monitor).
However this solution couldn't be established in the market. It was too
expensive (more then 30.000 Deutsch Mark were estimated). Besides the price
there were a lot of practical reasons why this solution didn't work very
well.
