[BRLTTY] A bug in revision 3008-09 of version 3.8dev?

Hello Dave,
I use an Alva Satellite 544, connected via USB and together with 
Speech-Dispatcher as speech support.
As I wrote, I performed "make distclean" and "./autogen" as well.
Strange is the fact, that under Orca I could use the braille keys 
without any problem. Cursor routing however does not function very well, 
but this was always so, since I use Orca. So that's not the issue here.
