[BRLTTY] Orca and last cvs brltty snapshot

If you can do it by Sunday AM Eastern US time, I'll be able to get it
into Orca v2.17.5.  :-)  But, if you change it after then, please let me
know so I can accommodate the change as soon as possible.

Thanks, and I need to make sure I say thanks for all the work on BrlTTY
and BrlAPI.  Working from an unstable release can be frustrating, but
it's what comes with the territory, and I'm glad to be on the edge.
